Al Peters has over 20 years of experience in the clinical research industry and has owned multiple clinical research sites. Al has experience as a clinical research coordinator across multiple therapeutic areas. As an owner of multiple sites, he has built several successful recruitment teams at the site level and also has experience in setting up a centralized call center. Al is very knowledgeable about how to structure overall recruitment processes, including implementation of CTMS platforms and setting prescreening and financial recruitment goals for the enrollment team. Al is currently the president of BTC Network, VP of Clinical Operations & Finance at ClinEdge, & Director of Clinical Operations At BTC of New Bedford (Formerly Novex Clinical Research, LLC) . He has extensive expertise in all aspects of operations at the site level, including Regulatory, SOP implementation, CTMS implementation, FDA audits, etc.
