Riley Kammer, Director of Business Development
Joined ClinEdge in 2014
When did you first start working at ClinEdge and what was your first role with the company?
August 2014 in a Clinical Operations Coordinator position in ClinEdge Network. The main objective of the position was to cultivate relationships with sponsors and CROs in order to identify studies for our site client and work to put them in the best position to be awarded these studies.
What is your role now? Please provide a general description of role
Director of Business Development. Working in conjunction with members of the BD team to maximize our efforts to bring in new clients and grow existing client relationships. Working with the leadership on the operational items that will allow for the most efficient organizational structure and processes to maximize BD’s success.
As you look back, what big goals did the company achieve from when you started to now?
Continuing to innovate and provide our clients with a comprehensive set of services designed to meet their core business needs. Also company growth is a big one, I think there were about 20 people when I started and now we are up to 125ish employees.
What’s kept you working at ClinEdge all these years?
Having a great environment where growth and learning is encouraged. Just as importantly, my co-workers who have always gone above and beyond.
What are you most proud of?
The amount of growth that I have seen in co-workers and team members.
